Room maintenance needs attention!!! The odd layout of bathroom facilities is inconvenient!!! Limited options for post-dinner socializing could be improved!!!

Food was fantastic, really great produce and cookery. Comfy bed n big room with nice decor. Loved the fresh milk each morning. All the staff were super lovely n had great customer service skills. The room was quiet at night n kingham is a lovely village.
only got 1 small complaint about the mains being a bit on the pricey side n could have tasted better, also could use some sharper knives for the meat.

It was a great fit for a short stint in Kingham with a reasonable price. The stone bass with beetroot and horseradish foam was amazing. Be aware of potential noise during weekends from local gatherings.
